Rico Tice

Rico Tice

Born in Chile in 1966, the son of a businessman and a nurse, Rico grew up in Uganda and Zaire. Rico spent a gap year working at a chiuch in inner city Liverpool, then studied history at Bristol University where he also captained the Rugby team. After working briefly for Hewlett Packard, he trained for ordination at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford and is now an Associate Minister at All Souls Church, Langham Place.

Rico is a National Director of Christians in Sport and co-wrote 'Christianity Explored', a course for those looking to investigate Christianity.

Rico will be speaking at the Jazz Banquet on Saturday of 3rd week.



Michael Ramsden

Michael RamsdenMichael Ramsden has been the European director of the RZIM Zacharias Trust, since it was established in 1997.

Despite being born in the UK, Michael spent most of his childhood living in the Middle East before moving to Cyprus, where he first began to hear the message of Christianity, and at the age of seventeen he became a Christian.

He returned to England and worked for the Lord Chancellor's Department before beginning a law degree at Hull. Whilst continuing his degree in Sheffield he taught moral philosophy and lectured for the International Seminar on Jurisprudence and Human Rights in Strasbourng.

As well as contributing articles for Idea magazine as part of his work with the Zacharias Trust, Michael has spoken at many university campuses and churches both in England and abroad. He lives in Oxford with his wife, Anee, and their three children.

Michael will be speaking to us at the four lunchtime talks in the town hall.


Paul Hinton

Paul HintonA history graduate from London University, Paul travels extensively throughout the country taking missions in churches and universities. He is also the Pastor of Moorside Church in Drighlington. He is married to Fiona and they have four children.

Paul will be speaking at the three evening talks in St Aldates church.
