Hi there,
Welcome to Lincoln College Christian Union. We're a small (but growing!) group, and we love to welcome new members. Our main aim is to spread the Good News about Jesus within Lincoln, and do this by meeting regularly to encourage and pray for one another, publicise university wide events, and organise our own within college, but also like to have a good time, too!
We meet every Wednesday, alternating each week between meeting in college and meeting centrally with C.U.s from other colleges. College meetings give us a chance to catch up with each other, spend time studying the Bible together and pray for people and events happening in college and beyond. Central meetings generally include a time of worship, a guest speaker and finish off with a time of prayer. They also provide a chance to meet Christians from other colleges.
Aside from the main meetings, we have a weekly college prayer meeting which this term is on a Monday at 5.00pm.
